The Minister of Water and Sanitation, as the principal shareholder, provides oversight of the WRC through the Board, which is responsible for governance, strategic direction, and organizational oversight. The Office of the Chief Executive Officer (OCEO) is responsible for implementing the Board’s strategy and managing the Commission’s day-to-day operations.
